LITEYE FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FSR)
The Liteye Field Service Representative (FSR) is certified to operate, troubleshoot, and repair all aspects of a Liteye C-UAS system. The FSR provides technical field support, hardware/software installation, on-site service and can also resolve unique maintenance and operation issues, as needed.

Welcome to Class
The Liteye COUNTER UAS TRAINING SCHOOL (C.U.T.S.) provides indoctrination and Liteye qualification of personnel for rapid operational deployment and advanced operator troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
The following sessions are available to fit your organization’s needs:
5 Day Operator Training
The trainee will be able to efficiently and effectively operate the Liteye C-UAS System.
10 Day Advanced Field Operator Training
The trainee will be able to efficiently and effectively troubleshoot and repair the Liteye C-UAS System.
3 Day Refresher/Technical Training
This can be an add-on to either the 5- or 10-day training or as refresher training at any point-in-time after initial training has been successfully completed
REACH BACK & EQUIPMENT SUPPORT
The Reach Back program ensures 24/7 hot-line access to a Liteye Advanced Technician. This access is intended to support FSR’s and Advanced Field Operators in providing best practices to resolve any technical issue encountered with the AUDS system.The following sessions are available to fit your organization’s needs:
